Kyivstar's Social Initiative: Supporting Soldiers and Inclusive Business

On the eve of Easter, Kyivstar employees participated in the charitable initiative "Easter Breads for Soldiers." The donations collected, totaling over 177,000 UAH, were used to produce and deliver 708 Easter breads to defenders of Ukraine.

This initiative aims not only to support the military but also to promote inclusive business — the breads were baked by Good Bread, a bakery that provides jobs for people with mental disabilities.

"It is important for us to support initiatives that embody key values: humanity, care, and solidarity. Partnering with Good Bread is not just about the breads; it's about thanking our defenders and supporting an inclusive business that empowers people with disabilities," said Oleksandr Komarov, CEO of Kyivstar.

More than 400 employees from Kyivstar and Uklon took part in the initiative.

The delivery of the breads to the soldiers took place before Easter to express gratitude for their service and to share a piece of Easter warmth.

Corporate volunteering is part of Kyivstar's social responsibility strategy, which includes regular involvement in important projects for society and the state, particularly supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, helping children, and assisting hospitals and those affected by the war.
