Dream Education Platform: New Horizons for Schools in Ukraine
In 2025, the Dream education platform will connect 2,000 educational institutions from various regions of Ukraine. Dream will provide students, parents, and teachers with new opportunities to improve the educational process.
Since September 2024, Dream has been piloted in six regions of Ukraine, including frontline cities and mountainous villages. The platform is functional in schools with fully remote learning and those that conduct offline lessons in shelters, allowing us to refine the system. Now, Dream is opening its doors to all schools across the country.
The Dream platform enables teachers to automate their processes—from calendar planning to creating schedules and grading, as well as sharing notes and communicating with students and parents in secure chats.
Soon, teachers will also be able to automatically generate tests using AI, receive completed homework, and create interclass groups.
For students, Dream means access to schedules, homework, personalized content libraries, and performance dynamics on their smartphones. Additionally, Dream will introduce an internal currency—dreams, which children can exchange for various rewards: cinema tickets, workshops, VR quests, and more.
Parents will have a comprehensive view of their child's achievements, monitor their progress, and soon will also be able to choose extracurricular activities based on interests near their home or school.
How to Join Dream
Dream is available for every school, regardless of size or learning format. Joining Dream is free and voluntary.
To take advantage of the educational ecosystem, schools need to apply on the Dream website at mriia.gov.ua/app.
Currently, 150 schools have joined Dream, and there are 1,000 new applications being processed.
The Dream team is also working on developing solutions for preschool institutions, which will allow for the integration of two educational stages into a single digital system, ensuring convenience for parents and educators.
Dream is a governmental educational ecosystem that integrates all elements of learning, providing students, parents, and teachers access to all the necessary tools for an effective educational process.
Dream is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in partnership with the EGAP program executed by the Eastern Europe Foundation with support from Switzerland.
