The CEO of "Ukrposhta", Ihor Smiliansky, stated that the company does not plan to change its delivery rates for parcels.
"As many media outlets have reported, our competitor Nova Poshta will increase its rates starting December 1. Many are asking us if we plan to do the same. We respond: no," he wrote on Telegram.
Smiliansky noted that this year, customers can take advantage of the "Winter Support" program to pay for delivery.
"With 1000 hryvnias, you can send or receive about 15 parcels with Ukrposhta (and over 20 if you choose the Basic rate)," he said.
