Tomorrow, November 12, most regions of Ukraine will implement measures to limit electricity consumption throughout the entire day. This was reported by Ukrenergo.
The reason for these restrictions is the aftermath of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities, which have caused a significant power shortage in the energy system.
The timing and extent of the restrictions for November 12:
Hourly disconnection schedules (HDS) will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59, with 2 to 4 shifts per day.
Power limitation schedules for industrial consumers will also apply from 00:00 to 23:59, meaning throughout the entire day.
The timing and extent of the restrictions may change depending on the operational situation in the energy system.
Be sure to check the schedules and current announcements on the official pages of your regional energy supplier. This will help you find out the exact disconnection time for your shift. When electricity is available as scheduled, please use it as sparingly as possible to help energy workers maintain balance in the energy system.
