Ukrposhta Tops Europe in International Delivery Quality
“Ukrposhta” has claimed the top spot in Europe for the quality of international deliveries, as reported by the operational team of the Association of European Public Postal Operators PostEurop during a meeting in Luxembourg.
The national postal operator has risen to first place among all European countries for its international delivery quality, improving from its ranking of 146th in the world back in 2019 when it was just beginning to develop its EMS international delivery services. Today, it stands as the continent's leader.
«The postal network remains a vital bridge connecting people. Despite the war, the Ukrainian national operator not only maintains its infrastructure but actively develops it. This is a global precedent, as a country at war demonstrates such high performance. This year, “Ukrposhta” has already received the international Rising Star award and has been ranked among the top three postal operators in the world for growth rates. We are grateful to the thousands of postal workers who work daily under the most challenging conditions — amid shelling, during power outages, and despite the dangers. They not only fulfill their duties but also achieve significant results for our state-run company and country,” stated Andriy Bratush, Deputy Minister for Community and Territory Development of Ukraine.
Key quality indicators according to PostEurop include:
- EMS (Express Mail Service) — 1st place among 23 countries with a score of 99.89%.
- Prime Express and Prime Tracked, which reflect tracking quality and priority processing, — 100% and first place among 20 and 8 countries respectively. This indicates that Ukrposhta perfectly meets the requirements set by the Universal Postal Union for data transmission and timelines.
- UPU Tracked (tracked international shipments as per Universal Postal Union standards) — fifth place with a result of 97%.
The PostEurop study covered the period from February to August 2025 and included postal operators from 23 European countries.
