Alterations in Train Schedules Due to Railway Attacks
Following recent assaults on the railway network, significant changes in train schedules have occurred.
"Due to these attacks, trains in several eastern regions of Ukraine are forced to alter their routes and are experiencing delays in movement," – reported Ukrzaliznytsia.
It is noted that overnight the enemy struck the Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions. There were no casualties, but the railway infrastructure sustained damage.
Several trains heading east are changing their routes and facing delays. This affects the following services:
- #102 Kherson – Husarivka,
- #104 Lviv – Husarivka,
- #712 Kyiv – Husarivka,
- #92 Odesa – Husarivka.
Train #733 Dnipro – Kyiv is currently operating with a backup locomotive, with a delay of less than an hour.
Due to damage on the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia routes, some trains are delayed by up to 5 hours:
- #31/32 Zaporizhzhia – Przemyśl
- #119/120 Dnipro – Chełm, which also carries additional cars from Pavlohrad to Kyiv,
- #37/38 Zaporizhzhia – Kyiv.
Additionally, some suburban trains in the Sumy region and from Chernihiv to Kyiv will also be delayed. Travelers are advised to consider this when planning their trips.
