Scheduled Maintenance at PrivatBank: Important Information

PrivatBank has announced planned maintenance work to take place on the night of October 4. During this time, card transactions will be unavailable, and the operation of ATMs, self-service terminals, and POS terminals will be paused.

The bank stated that the maintenance will occur from 00:05 to 6:30 AM. During this period, all financial operations, as well as the functioning of ATMs and terminals, will be halted.

Customers are advised to complete their purchases before midnight or postpone shopping and delivery until the morning when services will resume.

Additionally, we remind you that on September 6, there were technical issues with the "Privat24" mobile app, which were quickly resolved by customer support.

Moreover, starting September 19, PrivatBank is transitioning to the international standard SWIFT ISO 20022, which will facilitate international financial transfers for Ukrainians.
