Scheduled Update of Veteran Registry
On September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled technical work will be carried out to update the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV), as reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
During this period, the Registry's operations will be temporarily halted, and the integrated services will be unavailable, including:
- digital veteran certificates in the apps «Diia» and «Veteran Pro»;
- online and offline services related to the USRWV;
- status verification for veterans in the offices of authorized persons (AOP);
- automated status checks for benefit and payment provision.
The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain secure. After the completion of the work, the Registry and related services will resume normal operations.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans — is an official database containing information about individuals with war veteran status, combat participants, and those affected by the war, among others. The Registry provides automated status verification for the provision of benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with various digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry urges everyone to consider the temporary limitations in operations and to inform veterans and the public about potential inconveniences.
