Andriy Parubiy, the former Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, who was killed in an armed attack on August 30, will be buried at Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv on September 2.
The announcement was made by Lviv's mayor Andriy Sadovyi via Telegram.
According to city officials, a memorial service will be held on Monday, September 1, at 7:00 PM at the St. George's Cathedral.
The funeral service will begin on Tuesday, September 2, at 12:00 PM at St. George's Cathedral.
A city-wide farewell ceremony will take place at Rynok Square, near the Town Hall, around 1:30 PM.
Andriy Parubiy will be laid to rest at Lychakiv Cemetery.
