The Ukrainian Parliament has enacted a new law that restores the authority of anti-corruption agencies, specifically NABU and SAP.

A total of 331 lawmakers voted "in favor" of the presidential law:
"Servant of the People" – 214;
"European Solidarity" – 27;
"Fatherland" – 4;
"Voice" – 16;
"Platform for Life and Peace" – 17;
"Restoration of Ukraine" – 9;
"Party of the Future" – 11;
"Trust" – 17.
Independent – 16.
No one voted "against". Additionally, there were no abstentions. 9 deputies did not vote.
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will independently oversee the investigations conducted by NABU without interference from the Attorney General.
Within six months of the law's enactment, the Security Service of Ukraine will assess the employees of NABU, SAP, and other agencies regarding potential collaboration with the aggressor state.
Every two years, the employees of these agencies will undergo an internal polygraph examination based on a methodology agreed upon with the Security Service.
