New Appointments in the Ministry of Digital Transformation
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a new team of deputies for the first deputy prime minister responsible for digital transformation.
According to MinTsifra, "We have strengthened the management team by appointing five new deputies for Mykhailo Fedorov. Four of them have experience working within MinTsifra, while Vitaliy Balashov joined us from a leading IT company," the official statement reads.
Valeriya Koval has been appointed as the deputy minister for the development of digital and offline personalized services. "Her primary goal is to change the approach to public services, focusing on the needs of individuals," the press release states.
She will be responsible for developing electronic services, improving the digital experience, and managing the G2G (government-to-government) direction to create a unified digital environment.
Stanislav Prybityko has become the deputy minister for digital infrastructure. "Stanislav's task is to enhance electronic communications and ensure Internet access across all regions of the country," the ministry reports.
Zoryana Stetsyuk is now the deputy minister for digital governance and data. She will be responsible for implementing effective state systems and ensuring citizens' access to e-services.
Vitaliy Balashov will oversee cybersecurity for state information systems and the implementation of modern technologies. "Vitaliy is a new member of our team, having come to us from a leading IT firm," the statement emphasizes.
Nataliya Denikeyeva is tasked with shaping the policy for the sustainable development of the digital economy through innovation and support for the IT sector. She will work on developing the digital ecosystem.
Also continuing in their roles are Oleksiy Vyskub — the first deputy minister and Oleksandr Borynyakov — the deputy minister for European integration. MinTsifra notes that many have progressed from specialists to managers, with over 70 personnel changes occurring recently.
