Prosecutor Employee Hits Woman and Flees the Scene in Kyiv

A tragic incident occurred in Kyiv when a prosecutor employee struck a woman in a pedestrian area and fled the scene. 

The victim received necessary medical attention. The driver was apprehended shortly afterward. 

This was reported by the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, Ruslan Kravchenko, highlighting the severity of the situation.

The accident took place in the Holosiivskyi district on Velyka Vasylkivska street.

«The driver violated all norms of law and morality by hitting a woman and fleeing the scene, but he has been detained», - stated the General Prosecutor. 

The driver was identified as Andrii Molochnyi, a chief specialist in the department.

Although he is not a prosecutor, he works within the prosecution service.

The General Prosecutor has taken personal control of the case and promised to represent the victim's interests in court.

«Such behavior is a disgrace to the entire system. It must be severely punished, and I assure you it will be», - emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko.
