Update on the Composition of the National Security and Defense Council

President Volodymyr Zelensky has updated the composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Source: presidential decree dated July 19.
Volodymyr Zelensky remains the head of the National Security Council, while Rustem Umerov, the former Minister of Defense, has been appointed as secretary.
The new composition of the NSDC includes:
- Halushchenko Herman Valeriyovych – Minister of Justice
- Hrynchuk Svitlana Vasylivna – Minister of Energy
- Yermak Andriy Borysovych – Head of the President's Office
- Zahorodny Anatoliy Hlibovych – President of the National Academy of Sciences
- Ivaschenko Oleg Ivanovych – Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service
- Klymenko Ihor Volodymyrovych – Minister of Internal Affairs
- Kravchenko Ruslan Andriyovych – Prosecutor General
- Lashko Viktor Kyrylovych – Minister of Health
- Malyuk Vasyl Vasylovych – Head of the Security Service of Ukraine
- Marchenko Serhiy Mykhailovych – Minister of Finance
- Pysnyy Andriy Hryhorovych – Head of the National Bank (by agreement)
- Pronin Philip Yevhenovych – Head of the State Financial Monitoring Service
- Syrydenko Yuliya Anatoliivna – Prime Minister
- Sybiga Andriy Ivanovych – Minister of Foreign Affairs
- Syriyskyi Oleksandr Stanislavovych – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- Sobolev Oleksii Dmytrovych – Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture
- Stefanchuk Ruslan Oleksiyovych – Head of the Verkhovna Rada (by agreement)
- Fedorov Mykhailo Albertovych – First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
- Shmyhal Denys Anatoliyovych – Minister of Defense.
This decree takes effect from the date of publication.
