It is important to note that the resignation of the Prime Minister automatically leads to the dismissal of the entire government. Article 10 of the law on martial law states that the powers of the Cabinet of Ministers cannot be terminated during a state of martial law.

Background: President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers Yulia Svyrydenko and Mykhailo Fedorov, where tasks for the Cabinet of Ministers were set for the next six months.
