New Feature in Reserve+: Online Fine Payment
The "Reserve+" application has introduced a new service — the ability to pay fines online.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military conscripts can now pay fines for failing to provide information until July 16, 2024, online with a 50% discount.
It is noted that paying the fine will allow for the swift closure of the administrative violation case and remove the red tape from the document in the app.
"In the initial version of the service, only payments for late data updates will be available. Payments for other military accounting violations will be introduced later. A fine must be paid within 20 days of receiving the decision. If not paid on time, the full amount of 17,000 UAH will be required. If payment is not made within 40 days, the fine doubles, and the case will be transferred to the enforcement service", — the ministry stated.
To pay the fine online, one must:
- update the "Reserve+" app to the latest version and log in;
- navigate to the "Online Fines" section, submit a statement acknowledging the violation, and receive a decision from the TCC within three days;
- after that, the app will allow the payment of the fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the full amount; as a result, the violation and the red tape will be removed.
"Online fines are a service to resolve issues that previously required a personal visit to the TCC or police intervention. In "Reserve+", we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative — similar to how it already works in Ukraine with other administrative fines. This is another example of how digital services operate in the interest of Ukrainians", — explained the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Transformations, and Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko.
The ministry noted that the rollout of fines will occur gradually to evenly distribute the workload, and the full service will be fully operational within a few days.
Recall that in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military conscripts. Currently, you can download detailed data from the "Oberih" registry to understand what information about you is present there. For example, work location or any infractions. Additionally, the app has introduced categories for requests to correct data, allowing you to update your work location for faster booking.
