Progress on Temporary Bridge Construction in Lebedivka

The head of Kyiv OVA inspected the ongoing construction of a temporary bridge in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshhorod district, which is set to replace the main bridge during its repair.

Mykola Kalashnyk reported that just a month ago, this site was merely a preparation area. Now, the crossing has been built and will soon be operational for drivers.

The temporary bridge will alleviate traffic congestion in the area. It is essential for the safety and comfort of every driver, as well as for faster logistics for entrepreneurs. According to Mykola Kalashnyk, specialists are also preparing for the repair of the main bridge in Lebedivka, which requires restoration and is currently subject to significant weight restrictions.

They plan to open the temporary crossing by the end of July. After that, the main bridge will be closed for repairs, which are expected to be completed in the first half of next year.

“Together with the State Transport Service and the Regional Development Department, we are doing everything to ensure that people receive a safe and convenient transport infrastructure as soon as possible,” emphasized Kalashnyk.
