Ukrainian Railways Launches Children's Traveler Passport
Ukrainian Railways has introduced a new document for young travelers – the 'Traveler Passport', which allows children to collect stamps from various stations and trains across Ukraine.
To obtain the 'Traveler Passport', one must approach a station assistant (referred to as an 'angel') at one of the five key stations located in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, or Vinnytsia, as reported on the company’s social media.
The 'angels' will guide children on how to use the passport and where to get their first stamps.
Stamps can be collected:
- from assistants at the five main stations;
- from attendants at stations in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kramatorsk, Uzhhorod, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Lutsk, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kamianets-Podilskyi;
- from the heads of flagship trains of Ukrainian Railways;
- from conductors of children's carriages.
For every five different stamps, young passengers will receive 5,000 virtual bonuses in the UZ app ('hugs').
Travelers who collect 15 different stamps will be promised a gift from Ukrainian Railways.
The 'angels' at the stations will facilitate the exchange of stamps for hugs – at the same five main stations or through UZ's online support.
