This new collaboration will make NASA+ programs available on the streaming platform Netflix, which boasts over 700 million subscribers worldwide.
"Viewers will have the opportunity to watch rocket launches, astronauts venturing into space, reports from space missions, and stunning views of Earth from the International Space Station," stated the American space agency.
"The National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 calls for us to share the story of space exploration with as broad an audience as possible," said NASA+ General Manager Rebecca Simons.
NASA hopes that this will help "share the excitement of discoveries, innovations, and the agency's space explorations with people wherever they are".
