New Support Center Opens in Solomianskyi District
The new space will serve as a platform for receiving support and assistance for those facing challenging circumstances.
The Kyiv City Center for Social Services announces the opening of the Support Center in Solomianskyi District. This new facility, located at Shalimova Street, 13, has been created to aid those encountering difficulties.
The center will provide opportunities for professional help, finding support, and feeling the backing of specialists. The project has been implemented by the International Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health" in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine as part of the "How are you?" program, initiated by the First Lady Olena Zelenska. Its realization was made possible through partnership with the Solomianskyi District State Administration.
At the opening, Leonid Kryssov, a methodologist from the Kyiv City Center for Social Services, emphasized the importance of such centers for strengthening community resilience.
The Kyiv City Center for Social Services will continue to keep the public informed about available services and support opportunities offered by the Support Center.
Additionally, it is worth noting that an electronic directory of mental health services for Kyiv residents has been developed in the capital. It contains information on all mental health services available in the area. Everyone will be able to find what they need, contact the service provider, and receive help.
