Details: WSJ reminds that Ukraine agreed to the ceasefire back in March, but Russian President Vladimir Putin has yet to endorse this idea.
Public Broadcasting Company reports that it has not been officially announced who will be part of the Ukrainian delegation.
It has been revealed that the Russian side will be led by Vladimir Medinsky, who previously represented Russia in negotiations at the start of the full-scale invasion.
According to РИА Новости, the negotiations are expected to start in the afternoon. Earlier, Russian media reported that the talks were set to begin at 10 AM.
