Spring Literary Festival 2024: Unveiling New Perspectives
On April 24, despite the nighttime shelling of Kyiv, the new literary festival kicked off at VDNH, themed around "spring, flowers, and books".
This year, 7 pavilions were utilized, with areas for workshops and stalls featuring books from various publishers and bookstores. A total of 72 publishers, 9 bookstores, 10 educational spaces, and 16 charitable initiatives are participating.
The organizers have prepared photo zones with giant flowers and interactive floral installations.
The program includes over 300 events: book presentations, author meetings, workshops, discussions, and an award for book bloggers.
This year, the military pavilion #Frontmen's program has been expanded to include poetic readings and theatrical performances. There will also be a showcase of military literature and readings with veterans.
