Alexander's aunt, Elena, stated that, according to family members, he was brutally murdered by local acquaintances.
«Sasha lived, studied, achieved, dreamed... This Angel was brutally killed by his «friends» in Berlin. His mother wasn't even allowed to see her son's body; instead, they took a DNA test... These monsters are currently doing everything possible to evade responsibility for their crime...! It's a terrible grief for a loving mother!», – she wrote.
