As of April 1, all previous bookings are no longer valid. Companies that have updated their critical status can continue to book their employees, while others must obtain status under the new requirements.
Key changes as of April 1:
Old bookings will be canceled
Booking requests will be processed in 72 hours instead of one day
Only companies with updated critical status can make bookings
If your company still has an old critical status:
Update your critical status — instructions can be found here
After confirmation of the new critical status, book your employees
Please remember that bookings are only made electronically through the Diia portal. Managers do not need to submit paper orders or documents.
