On the road connecting Yahotyn and Hodunivka, near the village of Bozhky, a traffic accident took place.
Preliminary reports indicate that a 58-year-old man, while under the influence of alcohol, lost control of his Skoda vehicle, veered off the roadway, and crashed into a tree.
As a result of the accident, his passengers, aged 38, 57, and 54, sustained injuries. The injured were hospitalized.
Investigators from the Yahotyn police department in Kyiv Region have initiated a pre-trial investigation regarding the violation of traffic safety rules that caused bodily harm to the victims (Part 1, Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
