Darniцьke police officers, in collaboration with criminal analysis analysts, identified the offender - a 20-year-old resident of Kyiv. He explained that he did this for publicity and to gain more followers.
The police filed an administrative report against him under Article 184-3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - illegal use of police insignia. The offender faces a fine of up to 34,000 hryvnias.
It is emphasized that the use of police uniforms, insignia, or any related attributes without legal grounds constitutes a violation of the law and carries administrative responsibility.
