The police in Kyiv are currently investigating the circumstances of a 32-year-old man's death in the Obolon district. The body of a local resident with a gunshot wound to the head was discovered in his vehicle this morning. A registered firearm was found near the man.
Investigative teams from the district and main police departments, as well as forensic specialists and a medical examiner, were present at the scene.
Preliminary findings indicate that the deceased was an entrepreneur and blogger involved in cryptocurrency. Prior to his death, he had informed his relatives about feeling depressed due to financial difficulties and sent them a farewell message.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — intentional murder with a note of “suicide.” An investigation is ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the incident.
