Last evening, during a patrol of Kontraktova Square in Kyiv, law enforcement discovered a group of minors causing a disturbance. Five local teens aged 15-16, along with their 18-year-old friend, were drinking alcohol, using foul language, and provoking conflicts. The police intervened, halted their actions, and invited the minors along with their parents to the Podil Police Department for a preventive discussion. Administrative materials were filed against the minors under articles 178 and 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and against the adult under article 180. Parents received protocols under article 184. The police emphasize that such actions carry legal consequences, including fines or administrative arrest.
