The Economic Court of Kyiv has ruled in favor of the Obolon District Prosecutor's Office concerning the return of a land plot measuring 0.85 hectares valued at 31 million UAH located on Avtozavodska Street in the Obolon district.
It was determined that the Kyiv City Council leased this land to a private company for 5 years in November 2023 for the construction of administrative and office buildings. The land was allocated due to the registration of ownership rights for real estate exceeding 1500 square meters located on it.
Notably, the area of the leased land plot is almost 6 times larger than the area of the real estate, and the land was formed from a portion of land from another category without developing and approving land management documentation for changing the land use designation.
