President Zelensky's Gratitude to European Leaders

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine expressed his gratitude to European leaders for their unified statement on peace in Ukraine.

This announcement was made via his Facebook account.

«Ending the war must be just, and I am thankful to everyone standing with Ukraine and our people for the sake of peace in Ukraine, which defends the vital security interests of our European nations», emphasized Zelensky.

He noted that Ukraine appreciates and fully supports the statements made by French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen regarding peace for Ukraine.
