Ukrainian President Meets US Special Representative in Rome

In the Italian capital, Rome, an important meeting was held between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US special representative Keith Kellogg.

The meeting is part of Zelensky's visit to Rome, where the Conference on Ukraine's Recovery will take place on June 10-11, organized by the Italian government.

Also present were Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, Head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak, and his deputy Pavlo Palisa.

This meeting comes after the US initially suspended the supply of certain weapons to Ukraine but later announced the restoration of those supplies, with President Donald Trump stating that Ukraine needs arms amid increased Russian attacks.

Trump's team is currently discussing potential missile supplies for Ukraine's air defense system.
