Deputy Hanna Syvrydenko of the Kyiv City Council met with the leadership of Kyiv City Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 1 to discuss the need for upgrading medical equipment.
According to her, around 350 children are hospitalized daily, which places a significant strain on both the medical staff and the facility's resources.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Council.
“The hospital on Bohatyrska Street reached out to me for assistance in acquiring modern equipment. This medical facility is extremely important for all of Kyiv, with many specialized departments, including a mental health center, surgery, dialysis, and burn units.
Currently, renovations are underway in the pediatric department, and soon, with funds from the deputy's budget, modern functional beds will be purchased for young patients,” stated Hanna Syvrydenko.
She also expressed her gratitude to the hospital staff for their dedicated daily work for the benefit of children.
