If Russia had agreed to a ceasefire, Ukraine would not have launched Operation "Web" aimed at destroying Russian strategic aircraft.

During the briefing, Zelensky noted that he awarded employees of the Security Service of Ukraine for conducting the special operation "Web" on Russian territory. He stated that as a result of the operation, 41 aircraft were damaged, half of which are beyond repair.
