Details: Social media reports indicate that banking apps, "Nova Poshta", "Diia", "Kyiv Digital", and others are experiencing issues.

Gorokhovskiy suggested that there might have been a cyber attack on one of the large data centers.

KCSA noted that due to a technical glitch in "Oschadbank," contactless payment for metro travel is currently unavailable.

You can currently pay for travel using:

• transport card;
• qr code generated in the "Kyiv Digital" app;
• paper qr ticket.

Updated: It was later revealed that the problem did not occur due to a cyber attack. During scheduled work at the De Novo data center, power loss occurred.
