Registration Open for Women in Digital Transformation Program
The registration for the program «UNDP: Leadership Program for Women Involved in the Digitalization of Public Services» is now open. This initiative is aimed at women who wish to strengthen their roles in the digital transformation of the public sector.
The program consists of 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. Participants will engage in interactive lectures, case analyses, and practical workshops designed to deepen their expertise and skills in digital technology.
This program targets professionals who already have experience in the digitalization of public services and seek to enhance their management and strategic thinking skills.
The duration of the training is from May to September 2025.
Eligibility criteria include:
Women employed in government executive authorities or affiliated institutions.
Candidates with higher education and at least two years of professional experience.
Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional level.
Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher is an advantage.
The registration deadline is April 28.
This program is implemented within the framework of the «Diia Support Project», which is carried out by the UN Development Program in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
