Loans: The Deposit Guarantee Fund has proven its effectiveness in managing non-performing loans that have exited the banking market and is prepared to take on portfolios of such loans from state banks.

Drivers: The Cabinet of Ministers has revised the Traffic Rules, allowing motorcyclists (including those with sidecars, motorized wheelchairs, and tricycles) to utilize lanes designated for public transport.

Financial Aid: Ukraine has received another tranche of 3.5 billion euros from the EU under the Ukraine Facility program.

The Cabinet also approved the allocation of 100 million euros from the Council of Europe's Development Bank for compensating owners of destroyed homes under the "e-Restoration" program.
