The ticket sales services of Ukrzaliznytsia are once again available to users.
This information has been confirmed by the company's press service.
"We have transitioned to a new platform, enhanced security, and are actively implementing new features," the representatives stated.
Users can now plan trips with transfers again via the mobile application.
Throughout the day, online boards displaying train schedules at stations are set to be restored.
"There are no queues at ticket counters," the press service added.
Reminder:
On March 23, a cyberattack targeted Ukrzaliznytsia's system, causing all online services to halt.
On March 27, the online ticket sales system was restored in a backup format for purchasing new tickets and processing returns.
