Government services will become even more accessible through electronic platforms by 2026.
The new plan involves 25 government agencies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Our goal is to simplify access to services for all citizens: no paperwork, queues, or unnecessary bureaucracy.
We aim to implement digitalization in over 30 fields, such as education, healthcare, social protection, military services, and more. This includes public services like marriage and death registration, as well as the ability to take driving theory tests online. We also plan to streamline customs procedures to reduce corruption risks.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues its work on the digitalization of the state so that citizens can receive services more quickly, avoiding bureaucratic delays and time wastage. Our goal is to make the state more modern and services even more convenient.
