Successful Auctions by the State Property Fund: Recent Achievements
In the past week, the State Property Fund successfully organized 12 privatization auctions, generating 120.49 million UAH for the state budget. The majority of income came from the sale of three assets in southern Ukraine. This information was announced by the State Property Fund.
"The team of the Fund conducted 12 successful auctions through the Prozorro.Sales system. The total amount of winning bids reached 120.49 million UAH", – the statement reads.
"The competition at the auctions led to an average price increase of 2.32 times. A total of 33 participants competed in the bidding, averaging 2.75 interested parties per lot", – reported the SPFU.
The most expensive asset last week was the Children's Rehabilitation Center "Young Ship Repairman" in Odessa, where the price soared from 14.2 million UAH to 70 million UAH, according to the SPFU.
Another sought-after asset was the EMK of the State Enterprise "Odessa State Design Bureau of Film Equipment", with a final price of 33.5 million UAH.
The price for the EMK of the State Enterprise "Southern Research and Design Institute for Fishery Fleet Development" in Mykolaiv increased from 379.9 thousand UAH to 8 million UAH.
This week, the SPFU plans to hold 20 online privatization auctions. Among the offerings are such privatization objects as a 26% stake in PJSC "Naftokhimik Prykarpattia", the EMK of the State Enterprise "Slavutskyi Plant "Budfarfor", and a 50% +1 share in PJSC "Rivne Radio Technical Plant".
It is worth noting that currently the portfolio of small privatization objects in Ukraine consists of 1240 objects, while the large privatization portfolio includes 19 objects.
As a result of the first year of online auctions for large privatization in the Prozorro.Sales system, the state received 8.9 billion UAH.
The State Property Fund previously reported that the results of small privatization auctions on Prozorro.Sales over seven years amounted to over 21.8 billion UAH for various levels of budgets.
The Fund reported that more than 6 billion UAH were transferred to the state budget as a result of its activities.
In the first half of 2025, privatization contributed 820.5 million UAH to the state budget, along with 156.59 million UAH in VAT, totaling over 977 million UAH in economic effect.
