The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has reached agreements with foreign partners regarding additional quotas for cargo transportation by road in 2025.
This was reported on the ministry's official website.
Specifically, for carriers operating towards Azerbaijan, the transfer of 100 permits for transporting cargo to/from third countries has been approved, which represents 20% of the main quota. These permits will be available for order by the end of this week, the ministry informs.
Moreover, an agreement has been made to exchange an additional quota of 300 permits with Bosnia and Herzegovina, amounting to 100% of the main quota. Utilizing these permits, carriers will be able to conduct both bilateral and transit transport, as well as transport to/from third countries.
"The process of transferring the permit blanks is currently underway, after which they will be available to Ukrainian carriers. We recommend monitoring the availability of permits on the resources of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety," the ministry noted.
