Russia has once again targeted SOCAR's oil facilities in the Odesa region, posing a significant threat to Azerbaijan, and such actions necessitate a decisive international response.
This was stated by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha on social media.
«Last night, Russian forces struck the SOCAR oil terminals in the Odesa region. This marks the second attack on the Azerbaijani state company in recent weeks. Moscow is deliberately attempting to undermine Azerbaijan's interests», Sybiha emphasized.
He added that this once again highlights the importance of enhancing cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan, as well as the need for an appropriate diplomatic and legal response to such attacks.
