Financial Performance of Ukraine's IT Industry in 2025
The total revenue of large IT companies in Ukraine reached 56.48 billion UAH in 2025, according to Opendatabot data. Two companies dropped out of the top 10, one of which had been listed for the last two years.
At the top of the list is GlobalLogic Ukraine with a revenue of 11.66 billion UAH, marking a 2% increase year-on-year, although profit declined by 28% to 653 million UAH. This is the company's first appearance at the top position.
Second place goes to Epam, founded by Arkadiy Dobkin, with a revenue of 11.35 billion UAH, a 10% decrease compared to 2023. However, profit increased by 27% to 1.67 billion UAH. Epam Digital also shows growth, with revenues of 7.5 billion UAH (+25%) and a profit of 838 million UAH (+11%).
Luxoft Solutions, a Swiss subsidiary, remains in fourth place with a revenue of 5.45 billion UAH, down 7%, while profit decreased by 12% to 263.6 million UAH.
Fifth is Intellias with a revenue of 4.06 billion UAH (-6%), though profit rose by 18% to 300.7 million UAH. The business belongs to IT Elite Limited.
SoftServe Technologies climbed two spots to sixth place, achieving a revenue of 3.83 billion UAH. While profit remained at 210 million UAH, revenue grew 1.6 times.
Fintech Band, founded by Oleg Gorokhovsky and Mykhailo Rogalsky, lost two positions and now ranks seventh with a revenue of 3.71 billion UAH, while profits fell to 1.15 billion UAH.
Infopulse Ukraine, owned by NUK HOLDING AB, secured the ninth position with a revenue of 3.06 billion UAH (-5%).
This year’s newcomers include Haiload Solutions, which achieved a revenue of 3.22 billion UAH and secured a significant position in the ranking.
Another newcomer, SQUAD Ukraine, rose to 2.6 billion UAH in revenue and 80.6 million UAH in profits.
Of the top 10 companies, 7 opted for the Diya City legal regime. This year, Playtika Ukraine and SoftServe Industry dropped out of the Index.
It is worth noting that the total revenue of the top ten healthcare companies in Ukraine reached 14.59 billion UAH.
